For full day courses, we recommend the following timings:
Option 1: Morning 09:00-12:30, afternoon 13:15-16:00
Option 2: Morning 09:30-13:00, afternoon 13:45- 16:30
There will be a short break during both sessions and we can extend or reduce the time allowed for lunch as required.
Our half-day courses are 3 hours and 30 minutes with a short break. These can be delivered as morning or afternoon sessions to suit your requirements.
The cost of our courses is £650+vat for our full-day options and £375+vat for our half-day options if you are providing the venue or covering the cost of the venue. If you would like us to source a venue, there will be an additional admin fee plus the cost of the venue.
For half-day courses, we may ask you to cover the cost of travel if it exceeds £50.
To secure your date you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100+vat against the total cost. The final balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you have paid the balance in full and give us more than 14 days notice of cancellation then we will refund the balance minus deposit amount of £100+vat.
If you have paid the balance in full and give us less than 14 days notice of cancellation then we will refund 50% of the balance.
If you need to reschedule and provide more than 14 days notice then we will change your date at no extra cost (subject to available dates).
If you need to reschedule and provide less than 14 days notice, you will be charged an additional £50 fee + any pre-booked travel costs.
If you have more than 10 delegates that you would like to book on the course then there will be a supplement of £20+vat per extra place. Because of the nature of the workshops, we recommend that you restrict the number of delegates to 10.
Your venue must be able to hold the number of delegates plus the trainer. Ideally, this should be set up horseshoe style but classroom style is also suitable. Both our courses include a PowerPoint presentation so you will need to provide a projector and screen that we can connect to a laptop.
